the decision of partnering
with Nardo’s an easy one. The process of building a home was |
|
daunting at times and the
feedback from friends and family about building was very negative. |
|
None of that was true of
our experience, we visited the home once a week to check on its |
|
progress and was amazed how
quickly they took our house from studs and a foundation to a |
|
finished home. We even met
one of the contractors and he only had positive things to say about |
|
working with Nardo. We are
happy and thankful that we picked Nardo Builders and would |

about Timberland from a friend living in the community. |

We really
liked the ability to see each model on the website; we were |

able to choose
which models we liked before even coming. The sales |

staff did a
great job making us feel welcome. Nardo offered us a lot of |

We really like
the look and feel of the community as well as the |

I wanted to take a minute
to describe our experience with Nick and Nardo builders. So
many times today you here of terrible experiences with
builders. |

Hidden costs, phone calls unreturned, work crews not
showing up, and running way past the promised construction date
are just a number of problems that can happen when building a
new home. I am pleased to say that we did not experience any of
these issues with Nick and Nardo.
|

In fact, I would describe the entire
experience as excellent and would definitely use Nardo again for my next
home. Nick was always available for questions or a quick site walk
through. |

Concerns were always promptly addressed and
our home turned out exactly how we had intended. Nardo also does a lot
of little extras that you would be charged extra for with other builders. |

When we closed on our home, it was ready to be
lived in. You didn’t have to worry about towel bars and closet
organizers. It was already taken care of. |
